Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires a minimum of 4 to 7 additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Velazquez and Dr. Lozano manage a wide variety of conditions relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.

Our surgical staff is also well trained and certified in assisting with all forms of sedation performed in our office, and patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. Every member of our team is certified in both CPR and ACLS.

As a staff, we understand the importance of continuing education. All members of our team attend continuing education courses and seminars to stay current with advances in our field.
